I equipped our laboratory with the necessary equipment/tools/utensils for the students to use during laboratory session. I separated our laboratory building from the college cafeteria. I know how to cook international cuisine but not at all an expert but I am quick to learn and appreciative of details. I can cook, bake. My working experienced is both with the academe and industry. I got my first job as fastfood supervisor for 6 months contract. I was hired as restaurant supervisor for 6 months contract. I had my first experienced in teaching as part time for 3 years in the Hospitality Management course. Since then, I have different working experienced in the colleges as instructor both part time and full time. For 10 years now I am an experienced instructor. Teaching students in the field of Hospitality and Tourism Management. I almost finished my Masteral Degree- Master of Arts in Human Resource Development at Lourdes College. This coming school year 2010-2011, I will be making my thesis and hopefully graduated by March, 2011. Under my management for two consecutive years we have won as overall champion in the most prestigious competition in our place "KUMBIRA COMPETITION." A live and exhibition of culinary, beverages competition. Which was attended by 32 colleges and universities. We have exposed our students to different tourism components, hospitality trends and travel and tour guiding for them to be competitive and develop their talent and skills in their chosen career.
